Well I finally finished it ^^. This is a commission requested by :iconmadmiko: She asked for me to draw Hiei and Kagome in a sweet scene under a mistletoe XD but for some odd and rare reason they turned out all sexy and hot hahaha. Anyway ^^ I couldn't be able to do the fireplace or the fire for that matter so I used 2 pictures I found in DA and edited them a little to make turn them in to this picture's background.

Oh, WOW!!! This is just stunningly beautiful! I'm so very happy! You put SO much into this, -- the emotions of the characters just leaps off the screen. The expressions on their faces just make feel like a peeping tom, spying on an intensely private moment. LOL!! I love, love, love how you draw Hiei. And thanks so much for going to all the trouble to find and fix a BG like that, -- it's perfect.

The colors in this are so rich and vibrant. I love your attention to detail, -- the way you made the bow at her neck a shinier red than her outfit. And the blue you use for her eyes always seems so unique and right. You always give her just the right amount of color in her cheeks, too. Her blush is so endearing.

I am just completely in love with this piece. I told you that commissioning this picture is part of my Christmas from my husband, -- I think it's one of the best gifts I've ever received. Thanks so much for bringing this to life for me. ^_^
